ABOUT JULIE
Hi, I’m Julie, a strength and nutrition coach who helps women, especially moms, build energy, confidence, and strength without obsessing over food or spending hours in the gym. I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle family, work, hormones, injuries, and everyday life… and still want to feel good in your own skin! My coaching is warm, practical, and built around helping you feel stronger, calmer, and more capable in every season of life.

I’m a wife and a mom, and my family is a huge part of why I coach the way I do. We love being outside together, whether we are hiking on a weekend trail, biking through the neighborhood, or kayaking on a warm day. Those moments remind me that strength is not just about the gym. It is about having the energy and confidence to live a full and active life with the people you love.

My Story
In my teens and twenties, I pushed my body hard. I was a competitive athlete until spinal and knee injuries forced me to slow down and rethink my approach to fitness. Then, when I became a mom, everything shifted again — longevity, mobility, and true wellness started to matter more than chasing intensity.

That experience shaped how I coach today. I’m meticulous about teaching technique, protecting joints, improving mobility, and building strength that supports you long-term. No burnout. No guilt. No “go harder or go home.” Just training that fits real life.

Years later, my life took an unexpected turn: I found out I was a donor match for a stranger on Facebook and chose to donate part of my liver. That experience deepened my understanding of recovery, resilience, and the importance of nourishing your body well. It also ignited my passion for nutrition coaching and helping women build sustainable habits — especially those navigating hormones, gut issues, or busy family life.
